Spiral Ducts

At Ticklay Engineering we manufacture Hard Spiral Ducts at our factory in Epping, Victoria, a convenient location for all our customers in the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne.

                 

Our Spiral Duct is manufactured with CE certified machinery according to AS4254 requirements ensuring minimal duct leakage and energy efficient fan operation.

Our Ducts have been tested for Friction Loss, Air Leakage and Pressure Test by Vipac Engineers and Scientist Ltd in Port Melbourne who are a NATA Accredited Laboratory.

Results of these tests are available upon request.

Hard Spiral Ducts are manufactured using 0.6mm and 0.8mm galvanised grade G250 sheet metal with Z275 coating class.

Manufactured using quality galvanised sheet locked seamed into a spiral Tube form.

Standard lengths stocked are 3 meters and 4 meters but can manufacture to any required length.

Hard spiral ducting is ideal for kitchen exhaust and can be manufactured from 0.8mm thickness to comply with Australian Standards.
